The Chardon Boys' Youth Basketball Tournament is for boys' community travel teams in the 6th grade. No AAU or multi-community, all-star teams are permitted.

Schedules have now been posted under the Pool Schedules tab. One more team will be accepted into the tournament.

NEWS
Introducing the third annual boys’ basketball tournament to be held at Chardon Middle School on January 4-10, 2010. This tournament is presented by the City of Chardon Recreation Department. We are excited to offer a tournament of this caliber for 6th grade boys community travel teams throughout Geauga and the surrounding counties.

All teams are guaranteed 3 tournament games in a pool play format. We are expecting 6-8 teams for the tournament. The top two teams from each pool will advance to a playoff to determine the champion and finalist. Individual trophies are awarded to each player on the 1st and 2nd place teams.

Registration deadline is January 2, 2010. The entry fee is $175.00 per team if received before December 18th, 2009. After December 18th, the fee will increase to $200.00 per team.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All games will be officiated by two certified referees. Games will be governed by the Ohio High School Athletic Association rules. More information can be found under the Tournament Rules tab.
